Ive purchased and sold homes in the past , and the process was much different this time , In working with my Realtor I learned alot more than had prior known ,in the Document signing part of the closing between agents , and Agents Buyer & communication of closing day an dates and times , as well title company, Being on the same page with all parties enclosed in process is very important ,to avoid sirprizes down the road or Mis-understandings .
But thankfully for Sue and Steve , the wrinkles were all iron'd out What a Great team , and it was a pleasure meeting Sue , look forward in doing future Business with Steve my Realtor God Bless
